التوبيك ده هنحاول فيه نعرض صور وأسهل طريقة نعرف بها السليدز والمديا فى عملى الميكرو

وإن شاء الله الموضوع سهل وبسيط جدااااا

لو بدأناه من دلوقتى وخدنا كل شوية كام اسليد كدة وعرفناهم كويس

كل أسبوع إن شاء الله هيبقى فى بوست جديد

تيجى فى الامتحان
يعنى لو ذاكرناها كويس تبقى دى هدية الامتحان

Very v.v.v.v. Important must STUDY & must SEE in the exam

This test consists of 4 rows of test tubes (3 rows in the same holder "H antigen" + 1 separate row in another holder "O antigen" OR 4 rows in the same holder with 5 openings empty row to separate between O & H antigen )

By Practice >>> will be easier & see this tests






O antigen clear , 3 rows H antigen all turbid
Comment:"Widal test: post vaccination"
N.B no titre


O antigen turbid ,get highest titre from it ,
see which row turbid of 3 H antigen name of organism of infection at the control tube
Comment:"Widal test :recent infection with S.typhi "for example" with antibody titre ?? "



If O antigen clear,
see which row turbid of 3 H antigen name at the control tube ,,get highest titre from it
Comment:"Widal test :old infection with S.typhi "for example" with antibody titre ?? "



Some notes may help
Steps :
1-write Widal test in your exam paper
2-see "O antigen" +ve > turbid tubes > Recent (infection or vaccination "not in our exams")
-ve > clear tubes >> Old (infection or post vaccination )
*** Old > O -ve , H +ve 1 row turbid >> see H antigen turbid to get titre "infection"
*** Old > O -ve , H +ve 3 rows turbid >> NO titre required to mention "vaccination"

3-see last turbid tube highest titre = ?? in O antigen row (in case of +ve O antigen)

4-Organism caused infection (salmonella typhi,paratyphi A, paratyphi B) > see 1st tube turbid or not in the 3 rows
see last turbid tube highest titre = ?? BUT in H antigen rows
To know organism see the "CONTROL" tube = last separate tube in the 3 row holder H antigen

بسم الله والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله الله اني اسالك علما نافعا ورزقا طيبا وعملا متقبلا وبعد هذه ملاحظات للطلبة اخترتها لانها قد تكون غير معتاد من الطلبة المرور عليها وايضا من حصة العملي للدكتور مرعي وللتبسيط هي مرقمة

2. in TSI test descripe the tube butt &slant عند وصف الانبوبة متنساش تكتب وصف اللي شايفه القعر اسمه butt والقمة اسمها slant
3. في case عن ال niesseria خلي بالك من العينة مأخوذة منين عشان هتفرق في الاجابة فلو قال urethral discharge الاجابة هتكون n.gonorrhoea اما لو قال csf طبعا هتكون الاجابة N.meningitidis
4. لو جاب الcandida خلي بالك اوي من الslide متكتبش الاسم بس الاساس هو انك تقول GERM TUBE TEST +ve for c.albicans
5. في ال biochemical reactions خلي بالك اوييييي لازم تكتب sugars that the organism ferments
6. ممكن وسط الصور اللي هيجبها عن الكوليرا يجيب لك gram -ve bacilli لازم تكتب جنبه slightly curved gram -ve bacilli
7. في طبق الmannitol salt agar هو هيعمل حاجة من الاتنين يا اما يقول لك اسمه ويطلب اسم اللي بيعمل ferment (staph.aureus) او العكس يطلب الاكشن بتاع البكتريا فتقول mannite fermenter
8. في برده حالة تيجي قايل فيها chancre exudate ويطلب اسم البكتريا متنساش treponema pallidum
9. لما يجيب لك cotton swab تقوله نوعها يعني هي منين مثلا تقول vaginal swab كده يعني
في ال vincent angina اسم البكتريا اتنين هما spirochaetes+fusobacteria

1. في الslide of M.leprae اوعى تنسى في الصبغة كلمة modified z.n
2. في اطباق الblood امسكها واقلبها لانه ممكن يكون مزروع ويطلع اختبار
3. BAcitracin test يكون B haemolysis يعني الB مع الB
4. example for bacitracin sensitve is group A strept
5. example for bacitracin resistant is group C strept
6. example for optochin sensitive is strept.pneumonae
7. example for optochin resistant is strept .viridans
8. B.anthracis _gram stain _spore stain _Mcfadyean reaction
9. spirochaetes _dark field microscope _fontana stain
10. catalase test +ve بيبقى رغاوي
Brucella is +ve for (urease ,catalase &oxidase‬
