[طبيبه مصريه]

لو سمحتو يا جماعه انا ربنا هدانى للتوبك ده عشان اللى يسمع اى حاجه زياده فالمحاضرات و ممكن تيجى فالامتحان يتفضل و يكتبها هنا سواء يسمعها من دكتوره دينا او اى دكتور شرعي و بالخص د.دينا فالمحاضرات اللى نزلتها زى ال etics & analgesics
عشان كمان الناس اللى زيي اللى مامتحبش تدخل عالفيس كتير الايام دي

انقطاع علاقه الدكتور بالعيان .........امتى تحصل؟
لازم تعترف انك مش قادر تفيد العيان اكتر من كده = mutual concent
non copliance( pt not following dr's instructions)

اما abondnment
يعنى التخلى عن العيان و دى حاجه طبعا
non ethical  egs 1. not to follow up ur pt
                           2. early disgharging pt from hospital or without a disharging sheet or DOCUMENT ( DISCHARGE INSTRUCTION SHEET)  containing the plan that the pt should follow after being discharged & types & doses of drugs he shoul take & their duration

1.breach of standard of care     التخاذل في اداء العمل او ان تحيد عن مقاييس العمل الصحيحه

2.miscontact  ( بيعامل العيان لطريقه غير اخلاقيه و ده بيتحول لجهه تاديبيه)



MEDICAL CONCENT
1.IMPLIEdضمنى  
و ده عشان تقدر انت بنفسك تكشف عالعيان
و قالت  ده اسمه (intimate examination:rolleyes:)    

2.EXPRESS either written or oral                                
as perrectal or per vaginal examination that need ORAL CONCENT from pt or his relatives if minor
but invasive or surgical prodedures need WRITTEN CONCENT & Sometimes we need also FINGERPRINT
EXCEPT in emergency no need for concent

the right age for concent ..........)))))18 years old


THERAPEUTIC ABORTION (I THINK  this's vvvvvvvvvi)
it must be.......
1. at hospital with ICU provided with all needed precausion ( blood transfusin line for eg)
( not in any clinic)
2. concent from her & her husband & the obstetrician (specialist)

لكن الدكتوره فقالت ان ده كان زمان و دلوقتى اعتبر جريمه ايل كان التبرير

(و فالموضوع ده كانت قالت ""نقلا عن الفيس""انه لو كان الشخص
genetically male (xy) but anatomically female( i don't know howcome!!!!!!!!!)
ساعتها ممكن تتعمل i think she meant if he was ( xxy) i 'm not sure
3.organ transplantation from cadivares ( on the basis of diagnosis of brainstem death) either HRT ,LUNG.....not after many mins (look text)& it must be in definite nominated centers
و لجنه قوميه تشخص الوفاه
و قالت ان المصري مثلا لا يعطى اعضائه اغير المصري  الا لو كانت مثلا زوجه مصريه لحد اجنبى بشرط يكون فات 3 سنين على زواجهم و انجبت منه اطفال


العقوبات لمن يرنكب تلك الجرائم

1. احكام جنائيه تصل للاعدام
2.احكام مدنيه تصل ل 500و000جنيه(واسعه شويه)

دا رأي دكتور دينا ولا دا القانون في مصر فعلا بيقول كدا ؟؟

دي ممكن تحصل فعلا مثلا في حالة خلل في هرمونات الأم

متيألي دي كان اسم الحالة
و دي غير

اللي حضرتك قاصدك عليها
بس الحالة الأشهر هو العكس يعني الام مثلا حامل بأنثى و بتاخد

عشان مثلا بتمارس رياضة معينة .. حصلت قبل كدا في الألعاب الأولمبية
